Refund policy

You may return your cat scratcher or refill within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service with your order number by emailing info@aestheticat.com.au and our team will provide the return address to send your items back to. Please ensure your items are packaged securely for shipping to prevent any damages that you will be liable for.

Please note in order for a return to be eligible, the cat scratcher and or refill must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of any fur or hair. We reserve the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not met. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
